My forms are not being forwarded to my email address as it has been blocked

    Hi, when I tried to submit a test to determine why the jotforms are not being re-directed to my email address, it states that my email address is blocked, please advise why this is happening, I have paid for the service supplied by jotforms and am now frsustrated with this inconvenience - Please revert back to me as soon as possible.

    I have removed from the bounce list.

    Here is the reason why it's blocked.

    Reason(s) : 5.1.2 - Bad destination host 'DNS Hard Error looking up = (A):  domain has no A record'

    The issue is not with Jotform, it's with your email provider. Please contact them as they might be having issue their end.
