All forms created by chang.jung account are linked with a Google account, firstname.lastname@example.org for Google drive and spreadsheet integration. I would like to know how to remove the current link and re-establish a link with another Google account since the existing Google account owner left the company.

You need to log in to the account, then open the form in the form editor.
In the editor, click "Settings"->"Integrations", here you will see the apps that are currently integrations on the form and others that you can connect to. The ones with a checkmark mean there's a current integration:
If you open a current integration, you'll see that you have the option to remove it:
After you removed it, you can re-integrate with a new Google account. You can check the following guides on how to integration Google Spreadsheet and Google Drive:
