I can't monitor the responses to my form

    Hello,

    I created a form yesterday but forgot to create an account with you so now can't monitor the responses.

    You could create an account and provide us the username, we will move the form from the guest account so you can view your submissions without any problem.

    I can see your form works fine and it is associated to your username, I can also see you have 5 submissions on your form. 

    I would suggest you to first, go to the submissions page for your form by following this guide: How-to-View-Form-Submissions

    If you do not see your submitted data then you should check if your account has transferred your data to our EU data center, since you're on an EU region you need to store your data on our EU servers due to EU regulations. 

    Please, follow this link to get more info about it and transfer your data to our EU data center: https://www.jotform.com/eu-safe-forms/ 

    Submissions data should be displayed once you transfer it, if this still does not showing, please let  us know.
