Your subscription has been scheduled to be cancelled manually. What does this mean and how will I know once its been downgraded. Thanks

The username that you're writing from is on Free plan, so there is no subscription there. But if you have some other account you can check the plan and subscription period end through this link https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing.
