Dropdowns and comments

Hi,

I have created a form. Some options have a drop down menu, at the bottom of the drop down the last option is 'Other'.. for this 'Other' option I would like the user to be able to add in a comment for when they select 'Other'

I got an answer from John Benson on how to do this. He mentioned clicking on 'Settings' and 'Conditions' and then 'Show/Hide Field'

I can't seem to get it to show up with a comment. Can somebody advise as soon as possible please its quite urgent?

The comment boxes are Long Text Entry fields and then the conditions are used to show those fields.
