Hyperlink on our non profit page not working

    I am snot sure why, but the hyperlink on our site is not working properly.

     

    Is there something we can do to resolve this?

    I have checked the form on your web page and see that it is not associated with JotForm. I have checked our records with your email address and was unable to find any accounts registered. Could you provide us with the direct link to the web page where your JotForm is embedded so that we can provide you with necessary assistance? You may also provide us with the direct link to the form or form ID so that we can take a look.
