Why is my submit button not submitting?

    I have created a new form, but it is not allowing the data to be submitted. I cannot see why...

    I notice that your website is using WordPress and the form is embedded using the form embed plugin. Please disable the plugin and try embedding the form using the JotForm default Javascript embed script which should be working great.
