Cancelled my account

    Hello.

     

    I just cancelled my silver account but in the bill you didn't charge only the proportional (from 26th feb to 3th march), but the whole month. I want to know why this happened if i only used it for 5 days. Please help.

    I've fixed this.  The system made pro-rated refund for $31.79.
