Conditional logic and PayPal

I have a not for profit client the needs conditional logic and integration with Pay Pal with multiple price levels.  Does the form pass the amt to pay automatically to Pal Pal?  We are using multiple price levels and the member selects one at different membership levels.

The present form make we used has stopped sending email and I plan to replace it.
