Are the servers okay?

    Over the last two days I have been having odd things.. Duplicate entries... Forms Erroring out for Clients

     

    The two forms I know its happening on are Event Registration forms which is why I know.

    Both forms are iframe embeds I am putting in the jotform urls below.

    April 2017 Symposium

     

    Can anyone think of anything that could be causing the Symptoms??

    We use Amazon AWS as our major file storage provider.  They had an outage which in turn caused us quite a bit of server instability of the last couple days:

    Their issues and the issue that were caused on our end have been remedied.  Everything should be working properly again at this time.

    We just had a person try today and call us saying the form was errioring out or resetting...

    I was aware of the Amazon issue.. Could that have caused the duplcation issue yesterday?

     

    I really have no idea why they were getting an error out or reset as I never seen it myself

    There should be no errors at this time.  The Amazon issue should not have caused duplication, however, since it was preventing submissions or making them time out, users may have tried submitting the form multiple times.

    Do you happen to know what the current error is showing?  We will be happy to investigate.
