Base price not added on the form

Hi, we are experiencing a strange problem with one of our order forms, the Vista GO sales form: https://form.jotformeu.com/70163506375353

Online on our website: http://www.escapetraveler.net/vista-vista-go it works fine, but the order form we receive after the customer has filled it out online doesn't add the base price...? See attached screenshot.

The based price field is optional. When it's optional, your customers can simply skip it. The base price field is not in your screenshot so possibly, the didn't check it. Please ask your customer about to confirm. 

If you want the field to be required, make it checked by default and turn on the require field option in the field properties.

The checked default option is in the Advanced tab.
