form not working

I install my form on my website www.andreafriedmanphotography.com under information/ session contract and after submitting a form it says "please wait " and it doesn't go anywhere else. the password for that page is "afp". 

I also try to go on your website to test it but when I finish it tells me my cart is empty and re-directs me to my paypal account. How can i just make it so they pay directly from my form ?

I tried submitting the form, and I got the same error, it got stuck on "Please wait". I would suggest you to remove your embedded form. And try embedding it with the Iframe code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code 

Before you embed the code, paste it in a text editor like WordPad, you will notice two part of codes, only copy and embed the Iframe part in your webpage, example:
