Hide Appointments Widget in Dropdown Box?

Hello, I have many appointments  (shown twice on form) and they are taking over my form!  Ideally, I would like to have a drop down menu the opens and shows all the appointments and then allows a choice to be made.  Can I put the widget inside a drop down box?  Thank you.

You could have indeed check boxes inside a drop down, but it's not possible to set a number available of selections, your users will be able to select the options unlimited number of times.

To keep using the same widget you already have in your form you can add a drop down or another field and ask if an option from the widget will be selected, then if the user asks something like yes or fills the field you could show up the widgets, this way you do not have them displayed always in your form.
