You can achieve the same by customizing PDF submission report. Please follow the instructions at :

    Hope this helps.

Can I select which field(s) should print when the user checks PRINT FORM?

You can achieve this by adding condition rules on your form.

    User guide: How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer

You can hide or show the fields before the user can use PRINT. This way you can control which fields in the form get printed.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Actually - I am not sure I explained myself properly. I have forms that users can fill online with a signature field (these are fire permits) or they can come in person and request a permit. I created a different form attached to a Topaz (we are using the SigPLus widget for them to sign on a Topaz.)

The majority of the time, the person accepts the emailed version of their permit, and so we just hit SUBMIT and off they go.

But some ask for a print out (and some do not have email), so we must print the permit. However, we would print the permit PRIOR to Submitting (as we want a copy on file) - this is where I wish to have the option of selecting which fields to print to keep everything on one page.

As the admin, I know I can go into email (or jotform) and print a custom version of the permit. I am not always available, so at times the firefighters fill in the form. I need to keep this simple for everyone. Does my request make sense?

    Thank you for your assistance.

As of now, no such feature is available, but I can forward the request to our Developer team.

They will be deciding on the basis of requests received from other users from similar feature. So I will not be able to provide to any ETA, but you will be updated in the same thread.
