have had forms made up for a few years
tested them and they worked , just thought no one was using them

I have checked your email activity history and found that there was only once instance where an email was sent to you and in which it landed in the bounce list. However, as I no longer see your email address from the bounce list, what we can do is observe if it gets added again or if it is working fine now. But with regarding your attempt to add your gmail account to your email notifications, you may do so by separating each email address on your email notifications settings. You will also need to do this to every form that you wish to be sent to your gmail address.
