Duplicate multiple fields in v4 is not working

    Hello

    I tried to duplicate multiple fields in v4 but it is not working. I get the drop down to choose where "bottom," "top," of "after field." But when I click on any of the options all it does it deselect what I have selected and nothing is duplicated on the form. Can you please provide guidance on how I can duplicate multiple fields on this form? I am trying to create a ranking system for all the fields I have and would hate to have to go through and duplicate each field individually to achieve this. Thank you for your time. -Helen

    So far as of testing, I could not reproduce this problem on my forms.

    Can you please name the form in your account which you're experiencing this problem? Also, what fields from this form you're trying to duplicate?

    It is called volunteer sign up. I am trying to duplicate Washington, Dc and everything underneath, Virginia and everything underneath, and Maryland and everything underneath.

    I have tried duplicating two fields on your form and was able to duplicate them without any issue. Please see the screencast below:

    Could you try opening the form in an incognito or private window or a separate browser to see if that works? Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you further.

    Was this issue every solved? I've been running into the same problem. I can only duplicate one item at a time.
