I'm working on creating an order form and I've split it into three pages with page breaks. The first page has basic contact and shipping info. The second and third pages have a heading and a number of form collapse fields. The problem I've encountered is that when I preview my form, the page breaks are not working properly: the first page shows all of the contact fill-in boxes, then a "next" button, then all of the form collapse fields that I added to the form (the ones that were supposed to appear on pages two and three). The second page shows the proper heading but, again, all of the form collapse fields (rather than just the ones for page two). No "next" button appears on the second page (and therefore I can't see the third page in the preview). I have no idea what is going wrong or why the page breaks are glitching up.

Sorry for the inconvinience it may have caused. This is a known problem. When Page Break + Collapse field are used on the form.
Sadly, there is no workaround for this. Most that can be done is not to used the same tool together on the form. A re-design of the form to compensate is mostly appropriate.
Thanks. Please inform us if you have further inquiry.
