im creating a new for but How do I type my Terms and conditions on a blank page like the example and how do i link it  to my form

Hello Sharonda, since your question was not very clear, and you never mentioned which form you're working on, I'll just suggest you use a widget if you want to add a Terms and Conditions field on your form.
