Why I'm not receiving submissions?

I have built a simple form that has the user fill out a few fields, adobe e-sign, and then click a submit button.
Everything works, except a copy of the signed document gets sent only to the signer. The requester of the
form(me), gets an email back verifying the person signed, but I don't get an actual copy of the signed document
like the signer receives. Is there a way a copy can be sent to the requester also? Thanks!
