While I receive a message that I've successfully entered my username and password and I am being redirected I am never redirected to the quiz app....I'm taken back to the same screen that asks for my username and password.
I wish to download App to laptop computer. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.Page URL:

The App is currently only available in web. Could you please try to open it using private (incognito) mode, or in any other browser to see if that makes any difference?
The authorization and form selection seems to be fine on my end.

Thanks. I tried using in Google chrome and it now works. I appreciate the advice.
