We had multiple submissions and we are not receiving them via e-mail and they are not show up.

    We had multiple submissions via jotform but we did not receive any of them.  We know this since our page is linked to paypal and we received the paypal order.  This is not every submission but a number of them.  There are no trends I can pick up in order to determine exactly what form but it was multiple forms.  Please investigate this matter since we are losing orders.

    Is it a form with a Paypal payment integration?

    Do you mean to say that you have received their payments in your Paypal account but you have not received the submissions notification over email? If yes, then it could be a problem with your Paypal IPN.
