How can I can I create a question that links to additional questions when selected?

I have created a 'children's information' header with questions relating to each child, I am wanting to make it so there is a question of 'add additional children' and if they select yes all the questions previously under the 'children's information' header duplicate to add those aquestions relating to another child. If this makes any sense at all are you able to help me out please?

You may consider using Configurable list widget on the form to collect the children information. This widget allows using multiple field types on the same row. Please refer to the guide below that helps you in setting up the configurable list widget.

Alternatively, you may copy the fields to the form and setup a condition to display them on the form based on the previous answer selected by the user.
