I previously tried to downgrade this account but was unable to. Today is the billing day. We would like it downgraded and I hope that I will not be charged for this month. The system is very difficult to manuever from this end :)
→It pushes me into a plimus account that asks for a password which I have no idea about.

I have now cancelled your subscription. You will no longer be billed again.
Plimus is one of our 3rd party payment gateway. Since you've paid for JotForm using CC, this was processed by the said payment gateway. Hence, your JotForm account is different from your Plimus account.
