    Until now my form is not integrated in google Spreadsheet, how can i do?
    Very urgent, whether it can help me as soon as possible

    Hello len1688,

    I tried running an integration on your cloned form and I was able to sync a submission successfully to my Google Spreadsheet. I suppose that what happened on your form was a glitch.

    I also have re-synced your form with your Google Spreadsheet. Please check your spreadsheet if all the submissions are there and also please observe your next coming submissions. If the submissions fail to sync to your Google spreadsheet, please let us know.

    I have pushed the missing submissions data on your form. Kindly please check if it is there now.  I also did a test submit your form, please ignore my submission.
