Dwolla Integration: Invalid Client Configuration

    Hello,

    I have followed every instruction in https://www.jotform.com/help/360-Setting-Up-Dwolla-Integration-With-JotForm to a T am still getting an "invalid client configuration refer to OAuth documentation" error. 

    I am using the subscription service payments.

    Please help.

    UPDATE: Unfortunately, Dwolla is discontinuing its product as of October 2018. But if you’re looking for an alternative to collect ACH payments through your forms, you can check out other great alternatives here.

    I checked your form and I noticed that you have missing fields in the condition. Kindly fix this missing fields.

    Please also remove first the item/product and re-add it. Make sure that the gateway settings should not have any errors on its configuration. And after this, please check again your form.

    I completely deleted the integration and the products twice. Double checked all of my settings and the error continues to occur

    I am still able to see the error on the condition on your form. If you have re-added the products, you should also check the conditions set.

    Please also check and update your OAuth redirect URL to https://www.jotform.com/api/dwolla/complete.php. If the issue still persists, we will escalate this issue to the second level for further checking.

    Hey,

    So I just said screw it and made a total new form and it still doesn't work. Here's the form: https://form.jotform.com/70677480835163

    Remade an api application and it still doesn't work. I've followed every instruction to the T and I'm just getting pissed and frustrated now. I've deleted and remade my initial listing several times and double checked all of my links. Attached are screenshots.

    Really needing a solution sooner rather than later.

    I checked your form (https://form.jotform.com/70677480835163) and I was able to replicate the issue. When I tried to submit your form this is the error that appears:

    I will forward this issue to our backend for further investigation. We cannot give you an ETA for when it will be fixed. Rest assured you will be informed in this thread if there are any updates.

    Your Dwolla credentials work on sandbox mode, which means it is from a sandbox account.

    Please do note that you must use a live Dwolla account to accept real payments.

    If the purpose of the sandbox account is for testing, kindly set your form's payment configuration to use sandbox environment.

    When your live account is ready, switch this option off so you can start accepting payments with your form.
