Can I have the form response go to more than one email?

You can change the email address in your account by going to "My Account" section: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/profile
But, this will only change the email related to your account and not the recipients, if you need to add different email recipients to your account then you can follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients
