Urgent: We just sent out mail to have our members sign up for a new class and we are having trouble with jot form working with PayPal.
Once a form is submitted, the form no longer takes the user to the PayPal screen it jumps to the confirmation page. This is a very recent issue that has happened since Thursday or Friday last week.
Using Version 4 of Jotform: The integration for PayPal is grayed out but checked with a green check mark. Selecting it gives a message about not having more than one payment processor and takes me back to the forms page.
Using Version 3 of Jotform: The integration for PayPal is highlighted and checked with a green check mark. I saved the form in Version 3 but I still have the same problem where the submit form jumps to the thanks page.
When I go to the Apps Page https://apps.jotform.com/category/payment_processing I click on "get app" on the PayPal app and I get taken to the forms page again with no messages.

I cloned your form to test it and it looks like the payment options field was updated but the associated condition was not.
Redo the above condition and the form should work properly once again.
