Encrypted form: Auto-responder email is not being sent.

    I customized an auto response email under Settings > Emails to send immediately after submissions. I've tested this 3 times to no avail, although the submission information shows up on JotForm. Please advise, thank you!

    Hello culturalvistas,

    I did check your form and found that you have enabled encryption. Please note that autopresponder email is not supported in encrypted form. Since the form's submission data is encrypted, the email which customer will receive will also have encrypted data.

    I would suggest you to please disable "Form Encryption" in your form and then it will start sending auto-responder email.
