You can cancel your subscription through the Billing section of your accounts page (https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing)
Just click the Starter Plan
then click the "Cancel Subscription" after.
Or if you want, with your permission, we can cancel your subscription for you and put your account back to free on our end.

I have canceled your subscription immediately as you requested and refunded the last payment in full. The amount refunded ($19.00) will reflect in your bank within 5 to 10 business days.
