I added a field (full name) to the form and saved it. However when go the the form url, the added field is not appearing even though I refreshed the browser several times.
It doesn't look like the save functionality works at all.

Try updating the URL to like this http://www.jotformpro.com/form/21634724091955 .
There seem to be some sever refresh latency issue at this time.
Please inform us if issue persist.

The new link works but I won't be able to change the link and the email including the existing link is already been sent out and it cannot be changed now.
Could you look into resolving the server issue please so that the existing link is working correctly?

To my understanding, this issue will go away in time(not too long). Since it was only a delay.
