How to create a PDF of submissions?

Is there a way I can display my client's data on the Jotform in order to print (make a pdf) the document for myself?

If you meant to make a PDF of your user's submission then yes, you can do that from the Submissions tab: 

Then just click the PDF icon when the appropriate submission is selected:

That will give you a PDF version of filled form, from your users.

This will work if you have a form, like this one: https://form.jotform.me/zerach/facilitation-agreement-silver-6 which is filled already, so you can just create a PDF of the submission.
