Why options in a drop-down field are not in proper order?

I need help with a dropdown menu.  For some reason the answers are not showing up in order and It is happening on two different forms.   Screenshot attached

It's only happening on the one question about boat rentals.

Any help that I can get would be awesome.

You had the Shuffle value option switched on for that drop-down field:

So that's why the options for randomized in that field. If you switch it off they will be in the order you entered.
