In the email notifications, we're getting one real submission and 3-4 blank ones with the same topic.

    Help, please!

There are many email notifications and autoresponders configured on your form. Those non-conditional emails are being emailed for each submission.

Yes please, I could use some more help.

    ABOUT THE FORM

    It's a help ticket.

    1. Do you need catalogs? Then the email goes to Mary

    2. Do you need a sample? Then the email goes to Beau

WHY I HAVE SO MANY CONDITIONAL EMAILS

I want to have a notification go to the person who submits the form. That way they know it was received and don't check in by calling or IM or stopping by (and interrupting work). Also, that way they have a record of exactly what they asked for, so if we don't give exactly what they want, everyone knows what info was communicated.

I tried having a single standard notification email regardless of questions, but it included fields for "country" for every page of the form bc it auto-filled (see attached). And we need country bc we send to US, CAN, and CHINA. So I made specific notification emails based on what you needed done so it only shows the relevant fields.

    Make sense?

    NEXT STEPS

how do I get it to stop sending responses for the non-conditional? If it was on the link you sent, I didn't see it. Receiving multiple emails for each submission Image 1 Screenshot 20

It appears that all the Email Notifications and Autoresponders are currently non-conditional on your form. If you would like to add some conditional logic you may use Change E-Mail Recipient conditions.

The issue with populated Address fields seems to be fixed on your form.

You can use a single Notification/Autoresponder or multiple conditional Notifications/Autoresponders, both options should be fine.
