Not able to submit form after clicking submit button

When applicants hit the Submit button, it says "Please wait..." However nothing happens. Please assist.

It must be happening only on the published form https://form.jotform.com/70229002743144 on your website.

Because I test the form using only its own URL and it currently work just fine. I suggest you try first re-embedding the form on your WP website using instead its iframe publish code.
