Facebook title shows original template name

    Hi I can't get facebook to show the right form title on my form can you help please?

     

    I see lots of folk have had this issue but the remedy seems complicated!

    It will help us also look into the issue if you can share to us the URL of your facebook page where we can review your form used.

    I assume you have already set the correct form Name/Title on the settings of your form.

    i.e.

    That setting affects the Title/Name your form used on the browser.

    Let us know if issue still remains.
