can i use jotform without internet connection

i sometimes attend events where i do not have wifi or data connection.  i need a form that i can use to capture prospective student information and then send a follow up communication when internet is re-stored.

also, i need a form that i can use from a mobile phone or ipad.  i need one form that we can customize the reply.  we would like to have each colleague with a customize auto response so it appears that we are sending a personal response to the students that we speak with.

For submitting information, you can make use of the Fillable PDFs option which might be used for offline data collection. You can convert a form into fillable PDF, and then use the PDF as a template. Save each filled PDFs as separate files with Adobe Acrobat Reader or Foxit Reader, so you will be able to submit them later.

For your customized reply emails, you can create a number of email autoresponders for each recipient that you have. Then, you can set a condition in it so that it will send a specific email alert once a certain condition such as a matching email address is met. You can find the conditions option on your form builder by going to SETTINGS > CONDITIONS.
