    How do I add paypal link to submit button?

    Did you mean you want to direct your form users to Paypal once they submit your form? If so, this is possible with JotForm. All you have to do is to integrate your form with Paypal and configure it correctly. Here's a guide on How to Obtain PayPal API Credentials.
