What are limits of free service?

    Dear Sir/Madam,

If I have the free service without the upgrade, does a form view simply refer to someone viewing the form on my website (ie just viewing the widget on my page without even filling it out). Also, when people submit a form, where do I collect the data from?

    Thanks,

    Clive

    Hello Clive,

Form view counter will trigger anytime the form is viewed, doesn't matter if it is embedded or not. Also, refreshing of the form will trigger the counter as well (each time).

So, doesn't matter if the form is filled, it will trigger the view counter.

You can view submissions in Submissions tab:

Or you can view in your email if you created the Notifier before: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

    Thank you!
