Is there any solution so we can ask for username and password in the form?

Our company requires username and password of the clients to start working on their projects. Is there any solution to this?

We do not allow forms to collect usernames and password. A workaround would be the following:

1. Ask the basic details in the form such as the website information and what service they needed from you. 

2. Create an autoresponder email. In the email, add an instruction on how they can send you the usernames and password. Either through an email or a phone call. Or, you add the instruction in the form using our text field.

It's a two-way process but should work for you.
