I'm getting an error when submitting the form

Mis formulario los he configurado y funcionaban bien pero ya tengo tiempo con esta situación que me dice este mensaje después de un rato que he dado click en enviar:

submit.jotformz.com ha tardado demasiado tiempo en responder.

Pasa con todos los formulario y no se que hacer no me gustaría dejar de usar este servicio pues me gusta mucho.

After your change the DNS settings, you should clear your DNS cache before accessing the form.
