How can I change a form from encrypted to not encrypted and save the data?

    My form is currently encrypted. This is cause problems as others can't see the data unless they log in to the system. I'd like to be able to make the form not encrypted,  but when I do the data disappears. Can you help?

    You can un-encrypt your form by setting Encrypt Form Data option to NO on Form Settings page of your form.

    After that all new submissions will not be encrypted.

    However previous submissions that you received, while your form was encrypted will still be encrypted and you will be able to decrypt them only with your key. You will also have to encrypt your form to view this data.
