Hi,
Is this still possible? I'm trying to do it and can't get to this result. The code I found is not replaced by an emoticon, it shows as text.
This is the code I'm using:
<a target="_blank" href="http://www.desismileys.com/" rel="nofollow"><img src="//www.desismileys.com/smileys/desismileys_4303.gif" alt="DesiSmileys.com0" /></a>
Thank you!

Yes, you can still use HTML tags inside the Radio Button Options. Here's a guide:
Select the Single Choice field and then click the "Properties" icon. After that, go to the "Options" tab. You can insert the HTML tags here.
Please don't forget to Preview the form so that the fields will be refreshed.
You might want to check his widget as well: Image Radio Button widget. Here's a screenshot of how the widget works:
Hope that helps. Thank you.
