How do I get the full field question to display on submission emails See pics below

 

 

 

You need to edit the email content in the notification email and change the "Date" to "Roasting Date". Here's how:

1. Open your form and go to the Settings section. In the Emails tab, click the Pen Tool (Edit) button of the notification email.

2. In the Email tab, you can edit the "Date" to "Roast Date" in the Email Content section. Click the Save button when you're done.
