I have had about three people who have gone through the application processes and when they get to the end it will not allow for them to make the payment. I had one other that said the only way it would allow her to make the payment is if she bought a swim club membership as well. We are trying to get our sign ups completed for this upcoming camp and need this issue resolved. I greatly appreciate any help that can be offered and look forward to hearing from you.

There is a total calculation conflict caused by missing calculation values on the Membership Type dropdown field. Please add the calculation values to that field in order to solve the issue.
It is also recommended to add the calculation values to other fields used in calculations.
