Google Spreadsheet: Why new submissions are not showing in spreadsheet?

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Could you let us know if you are making any changes to the integrated Google spreadsheet? Please be noted that any changes made to the spreadsheet will break the integration. I have now pushed the missing submissions to the spreadsheet. Please check and let us know if the new submissions are updated in the spreadsheet.

If the issue still persists, please try reintegrating the spreadsheet and see if that helps. Also, please make sure that you are not making changes to the spreadsheet.

I got this issue resolved by reintegrating the form and google sheets and not making any changes to the sheet itself.

Hi. I noticed that my other forms aren't working properly too. New submissions aren't showing in Google sheets and I had to reintegrate this form twice. https://form.jotform.me/70254434414449

Still it's not working. Some of the new submissions are not showing in Google sheets. Are you guys having issues with Google sheets integration right now? Been having troubles the past weeks now with JotForm.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. The Google spreadsheet integration is working fine and we have not received any reports in this regard. I have pushed the missing submissions to your Google spreadsheet for the form specified. Please check and see if the new submissions are being updated normally.

If the issue still persists, please let us know. Also, please make sure that you are not making any modifications to the Google spreadsheet which will break the integration.

Hi guys. It's me again but using a different account. I have created jotform accounts for each of our employees and we also have a paid account. There are a lot of Google sheets that are not working. Submissions are missing and these are important info from clients and applicants. Can you do something about this? If there's no known issue with Google sheets then why do I have lots of Google sheets that are not working? It's getting frustrating because I think I don't need to reintegrate the sheets everytime it's messed up.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. A few months, we had an issue with the Google spreadsheet integration due to the policy changes from the Google API and forcing some limits. However, the issue was fixed by our backend team by applying for higher limits. Some of the forms with lot more fields that were integrated with Google spreadsheets might have affected with this restriction and could have caused the missing submissions. However, it should be fixed by reintegrating the Google spreadsheet again with the form.

We would request you to check a few forms by reintegrating Google spreadsheets and see if that works. Please let us know if the issue still persists so that we will be happy to investigate the issue further.

That's a lot of hassle on my part because our company only uses Jotform for all our forms. But I guess I got no better choice. I will check all Google sheets I HAVE ALREADY REINTEGRATED to see if the new submissions are coming in.

In the mean time, can you please push the new submissions to the Google sheet integrated to this form?

I've reintegrated this form with Google sheets more than twice already. Please investigate.

I've checked your form and I can see an error while trying to send the missing submissions to your form. 

I will forward the issue to our second level so our developers may further investigate it in a deeper way, we will let you know as soon as we get any update about it.

I'm having the same issue with this. I've also reintegrated this twice and still the new submissions are not coming in.

I've logged out from this account and opened a new tab to log in to our company's paid Jotform account and post this question. And still it shows one of our employees' (which I just created).

I have tried pushing the missing submissions to the spreadsheet for the mentioned form. However, it looks like there is an issue with the integration or the account used. I received an error mentioning that Invalid Grant. Could you try logging into your JotForm account using a private/incognito window and then try to reintegrate the Google spreadsheet to see if that works?

Since the issue is already has been forwarded to our backend team, once we have any information in this regard, you'll be posted here.

We just noticed that it stopped getting the new submissions since 01/27/2017. Other forms stopped as well on the same date. I shouldn't be reintegrating them over and over again. 

Please add this form in the escalation. Thanks and I will be waiting for the resolution.

I just tried to push the missing submissions to the form provided. However, I see that the message says that the submissions are already merged. 

Could you check if all the submissions are updated in the spreadsheet now? Let us know if it is not so that we can add it to the bug report.

I have tried also to push the missing submissions to Google Spreadsheet on this form (https://form.jotform.me/60850902894462) and added this form too to the raised ticket.

Sorry for the trouble caused to you. I have checked our logs, it seems Google denies your updates for forms 20Four7Va - VA Database and Client Database. I am sorry to say that there is nothing to do for these forms on our side. Re-integrating these forms should fix the problem. Please note that if you are using many integration/apps like Google Drive, Google Spreadsheets integrations on single Google account may cause this problem. But I can't see any problems with 20Four7VA VA Application Form. For the deeper investigation, I should ask for access to related Spreadsheet if possible. We are looking forward to hearing from you.
