How do I save field data for later viewing on the form?

Asked by sharmon1ks on June 20, 2012 at 12:43 PM

How do I save the data entered in a field so that all viewers of this form can see past entries?  See screen shot -  we are building a tracker for developing a course and need to see who has completed what stage.

    Hi Steve

There are at least a couple of ways to do this:

    1. Share the form's (password protected) submissions page, as explained by a colleague here

    2. Have the submissions appear on the same page as the form, as explained by another colleague here

There's a third way but unfortunately, it doesn't work with the type of field shown in your screenshot (matrix). Nevertheless, it's still worthwhile to know about it: If the form's entries are only meant to be shared among a group of people who all know each other's email addresses, have a look at this guide.

If you need clarification on any of the methods, please let us know.
