Configurable List - How to remove the delete label

I have several configurable lists on this form.  The first page displays properly, but subsequent pages show the delete button [ X ] for the last item.

The widget settings on all lists have max and minimum rows set to 1.  The first two lists that display correctly are also set to max and min of 1.  I've even tried setting max and min to the number of actual rows (16) but it still doesn't display properly.  I'm not quite sure what to try next.

Thanks for your response.  I was using Chromium to develop it, that's where the issue appears.  I should've checked other browsers.  This is just an FYI to add to your bug list.  I'm sure most end users won't be using Chromium so I'm not too worried about it.

Version is: Version 46.0.2480.0
