Can we arrange field data into separate columns?

When i export my data i see some filed have all option together and hard to separate. what can i do so when I export the submission  each option should be in separate column?

Unfortunately, we do not have an option to separate field data into multiple columns. What you can try is a Wrap Text option in Excel.
