How to change the page title?

Hello...

 

I keep trying to change the page title in the settings, so that the title will be reflected on my FB post 

but it won't change and keeps posting with the original template title 

 

Is there a way to save this change so that I can share on social media?

I'm assuming that you want to change this:

1) Go to Settings:

2) When you click More options you will be able to change the

Yes, thats exactly what Ive done but if I go to publish and try to share it
as a Facebook link... the caption still reads "Tell us about your wedding
vision"
I'm unable to remove it or change it in the settings... it appears in the
bar but apparently its not saving the change

Could you please tell us where exactly that wording is appearing, since when I tried to share your form I got it like this:

So I'm not sure that I'm checking the right one.
