Is it possible to send an automatic reminder to someone reminding them of their registration appointment?

Is it possible to send an automatic reminder to someone reminding them of their registration appointment instead of running the report, copying and pasting each email and then sending the reminder myself?

Do you mean you want to automatically send an email to your registrants upon their submissions of your form? You can setup your personally-designed autoresponder in the Form Builder. With autoresponder, an automatic email will be sent to your registrants. Please see below.
